The facial menu runs from a 30-minute express treatment to longer customized and specialty facials. Options include microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, a hydrafacial, an oxygen treatment with Celluma LED light therapy, and a teen facial for ages 11 to 17 that includes a skin consultation and home-care suggestions. The studio also offers Korean lash lifts, a maintenance lift for returning clients whose first lift was done at the studio, and several makeup options, including travel makeup within 30 miles, plus bridal consultations and bridal makeup.

Bookings carry a deposit that varies by service, and most services require one. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice through the emailed link. Cancellations inside 24 hours and no-shows are charged a 50% fee to the card on file, and deposits are non-refundable. An appointment can be moved once, with the deposit going to the new date. Further changes require a new deposit. Sunday services carry a $50 convenience fee added at booking.

The Cove Club is a monthly membership at $120. It includes one Cove Signature Facial each month, 10% off other services and retail, priority booking, and a birthday enhancement.
