The Chic Room was created by Itzel Sandoval, who owns the suite and works there as its esthetician. It operates as a private space, and the aim is a comfortable, welcoming visit with services adjusted to each client.

Waxing is the core of the menu, from lip, chin and nose to full legs, full back and a full Brazilian. Brow services include waxing, trimming and tweezing, brow lamination that lasts about six to eight weeks, and a custom tint. Several bundles combine brow, underarm and body work into one appointment.

Appointments are secured with a non-refundable deposit, which is applied to the total cost of the service. Rescheduling needs at least 12 hours' notice for the deposit to carry over to the new time, and cancelling or not showing up forfeits it. The suite is open Wednesday and Friday from 9 AM to 8 PM and Sunday from 9 AM to 3 PM.
