Most stylists have been with the salon for 15 to 30 years, and many have more than 15 years of experience. The team takes continuing education on classic and modern cuts and color. Each salon is staffed with Redken Certified Hair Colorists.
The salon says it treats each client as an individual and listens closely to what they want from their hair. It says it keeps prices affordable and reasonable, and keeps enough staff on so clients do not have to wait. Appointments and walk-ins are both accepted. The Fallbrook salon is closed on Sundays.
Smoothing treatments include Brazilian Blowout Free, Brazilian Blowout, Cezzane and Keratin Complex, with certified specialists at every location. Brazilian Blowout is priced at $200 or more. According to the salon, these treatments use a Super Nutrient Complex and a proprietary polymer system to form a protective protein layer around the hair, contain no harsh chemicals, and can last 12 to 20 weeks; aftercare products are offered to help results last longer. Retail hair products are sold and discounted 15 to 20 percent, according to the salon. Gift certificates can be printed at home or emailed to the recipient.
