Curl and wave cuts are required for first-time curl and wave clients, and hair baths use Innersense Organic Beauty products. Blowouts and styling are often finished with Oway serum, and monthly blowout packages are offered.

Booking requires a deposit, payable by Zelle, Venmo or Cash App. Cancellations need at least 72 hours' notice. Clients more than 15 minutes late are treated as no-shows, which makes the deposit nonrefundable and triggers a rebooking fee. Children aged 10 and under are welcome only with an appointment and an adult. Clients who feel unwell are asked to reschedule, and allergies should be disclosed before services begin.

Permanent and semi-permanent color comes from Oway, O&M (Original Mineral) and Hairprint, and the salon also carries several haircare lines. Unused products in unopened packaging can be returned, while products bought online are handled by the brand's own customer service.
