The practice describes Aerolase laser as its signature device. Laser services include hair removal by area, laser resurfacing, an Aerolase facial for rosacea, acne, hyperpigmentation, melasma and sunspots, and an Aerolase body treatment for stretch marks, sun damage and scars. Facial options include VI Peel chemical peels, SkinPen microneedling, exosome and PDRN salmon DNA skin treatments, and PRP, which uses the client's own platelet-rich plasma for hair, skin and undereye areas. Injectable options include neurotoxin, lip flip, lip filler, jawline filler, biostimulators and a full-face balancing treatment.

Before any treatment, clients complete a full medical history intake and sign an informed consent form. The practice reserves the right to decline a procedure it considers unsafe or medically contraindicated. Filler and neurotoxin clients receive pre- and post-treatment instructions through the booking site, including avoiding dental work for at least two weeks after dermal fillers. Virtual options include a $50 Virtual Glow-Up consult and a $100 Bridal Glow Consult, each with a service credit toward in-person care.

Concierge visits are travelled from a base in Queens Village. Travel fees are $25 for Queens and Nassau, $50 for Suffolk and $75 for Manhattan, and locations outside the standard radius are quoted by call. Cancellations need 48 hours' notice, and late cancellations or no-shows carry a $50 fee or forfeiture of deposit. All sales are final and services are not refunded regardless of outcome. Payment is by Zelle, Venmo or Square checkout, and digital gift cards are sold. Patient medical information and photos are protected under HIPAA and are not shared without written consent.
