A visit usually starts with a look at the individual client's skin. Laser, radiofrequency, microneedling, chemical peels and injectables begin with a consultation, and the cost is given before any treatment starts. New clients can book a free skin analysis and consultation with no obligation to book on the day. Facials, waxing, threading, hair and makeup can be booked directly. Most clients book an appointment, though walk-ins are welcome.

The menu covers a wide range of services. Facials use Eminence Organic Skin Care for organic and restorative treatments and SkinCeuticals for clinical correction. Advanced skin options include Morpheus8 radiofrequency microneedling and THERMAGE for the full face, including eyes and neck. Laser and light services include diode laser hair removal, IPL and several IPL skin treatments. Hair services cover cuts, color, balayage, keratin smoothing with Lasio, and a hair spa treatment. Eyelash extensions, human hair extensions and waxing across most body areas are also offered. Spa packages are available, but no membership or package is needed before treatment.

Botox, fillers and PRP are given by medical doctors who work with the business on set days, so those appointments depend on their availability. Diode laser hair removal typically takes six to eight sessions spaced four to six weeks apart. Group, wedding party and mother-and-daughter bookings are welcome and arranged by phone. Bridal bookings fill months ahead, especially from April to September.

Appointments can be cancelled or changed with at least 24 hours' notice; later changes carry a $25 fee. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean the service cannot be given and the appointment is rescheduled. A credit card is needed to book, and fees are charged to it. Clients complete a consent form once a year before requesting services. Services and products are not refundable once received and the client has left. The salon is open Tuesday to Saturday, 11am to 7pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday, though some days can be arranged by calling (516) 433-1010.

Serious skin treatments are offered for pigmentation, texture, acne scarring and laxity without injectables, alongside organic and clinical skincare lines.
