Clients using a brow growth serum are asked to stop it 48 hours before and after lamination.

Waxing is not performed on clients taking Accutane, Retin-A/Renova or blood thinners, on sunburned skin or skin tanned within 72 hours, within 7 days of a facial peel or microdermabrasion, or during a laser hair removal series. Children under 12 are not permitted during appointments. The studio is open Tuesday to Thursday 10am to 6pm, Friday 10am to 4pm and Saturday 10am to 3pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Clients are asked to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early and to give 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules, with a valid card on file to hold an appointment.
