Lash extensions are the core of the menu. Bellami-branded sets come in several styles, including Expresso, Hybrid, Mega Vol X10+ and Wispy, with partial sets and quick mini fills for touch-ups before an event. Hybrid sets can be done in volume, baby doll, classic or Y styles and include aftercare products. The Wispy set starts with lash mapping, which requires a consultation. UV lash retouches are offered at two and three weeks, and lash removal uses a cream to take extensions off without harming natural lashes. Fills are needed every two to three weeks while at least 40% of lashes remain; below that, the service is treated as a full set. Fills done by another artist need approval beforehand.

Brows and permanent makeup are the other main areas. Brow services include threading, brow stain tint, ombre brows and ombre brow touch-ups. Permanent makeup includes a 30-minute consultation for questions and concerns, lip blushing, a color pop for clients who already have tattooed lips and want added color, a lip liner tattoo that requires a deposit, and a semi-permanent freckle tattoo.

Visits run on set days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, with shorter afternoon and morning hours. A non-refundable deposit holds the booking and counts toward the total, and the balance is paid at the appointment by cash, card or Venmo. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the visit. Clients get a 10-minute grace period, and arriving 15 or more minutes late may mean the appointment is canceled and the deposit forfeited. Refunds are not issued once a service is done, and issues must be reported within 48 hours for a complimentary fix. Extra guests and children under 5 are not allowed in the studio, though exceptions are sometimes made.

The studio also offers lash training: a two-day Bellami Beauty course covering UV LED lash systems, application, sanitation, and client retention and aftercare, with certification on completion, and a one-day UV lash course for experienced lash artists.
