The Brow Haven was founded in 2025 by Bianca Galindo, a licensed aesthetician who specializes in brows. The studio is built around brow work, and the menu adds lashes, skin care and facial waxing around that core.

Services are priced separately for new and existing clients. New clients book a New Client brow service, which covers the longer first appointment, while existing clients have shorter appointment times and lower prices.

Bookings are made online with a card on file. Online booking shows availability up to 30 days ahead, and the next two to three appointments are usually scheduled during each visit. Appointment requests, cancellations and reschedules are not taken by text, social media, voicemail or email.

The studio is open Tuesday and Thursday from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm, and Wednesday and Saturday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. It is closed Monday, Friday and Sunday.

Brow work is built around each client's own features, with the menu centered on brows and supporting services added around it.
