Lash extensions come as classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume sets. Classic sets place one extension on each natural lash, volume sets use two to ten finer extensions per lash depending on the diameter chosen, and mega volume sets use ten to twenty featherweight extensions made during the appointment. Fills are timed to how many extensions remain. A lash fill suits lashes with about 75 percent left and is usually booked two weeks after the last visit, an extended fill suits lashes about 50 to 60 percent full and is usually booked within three weeks, and a touch-up needs at least 80 percent remaining. Four or more weeks after the last fill, a full set is needed instead. Lashes with 50 percent or less remaining may need a consultation to plan the appointment time.

Brow services include waxing and shaping, brow tinting, a wax and tint combo, brow lamination and powder brows. Powder brows take an hour and a half or more and are scheduled only after 3 pm. They require prepayment or a deposit through Venmo, and clients should contact the studio before booking, since service may be declined.

Skin care includes microneedling with collagen induction, offered as a single session or as a package of three sessions booked about four weeks apart. Packages must have the first session redeemed within four months and carry no exchanges, refunds or cash value, and they cannot be transferred. After microneedling, clients are asked to avoid makeup and the gym for 24 hours, stay out of direct sun and use UV protection. A microneedling neck add-on and dermaplaning, which removes fine facial hair, are also available.

Appointments are booked through the online booking page, where the cancellation policy is also stated and should be read before booking. Guests, children and pets are not permitted at appointments, and food and beverages may not be brought into the studio. The studio is open Thursday and Friday from 9 am to 8 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm, and is closed Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday.
