The Brow Chapter

The Brow Chapter is a brow and lash studio in West Allis, Wisconsin. The owner has focused on brows and lashes for over a decade, and the studio says it has worked with thousands of clients.

The studio's approach is to enhance what a client already has, aiming for soft, refined results rather than anything heavy. The space is calm and warm, with gentle lighting and unhurried appointments, and it leans toward a quiet, bookish feel.

Services are grouped into brow services, lash services, and combined brow and lash bundles. Brow options include lamination, a lightening service that also includes a brow sculpt and wax or thread, a hybrid stain and tint, and waxing or threading. Lash options include extension full sets and fills and a Korean keratin lash lift, which can include an optional tint. Ombré powder brows are a permanent makeup service in which the shape and map are planned around the client's goals, facial features and facial muscles. The studio recommends a yearly touch-up for these.

Clients who are unsure which brow service suits them are invited to email a photo of their brows without makeup, taken in good light, along with their goals. The studio says it checks email at the start and end of each workday and aims to reply within one to two business days. Ombré brow appointments are arranged only through email.

Appointments are for the booked client only, so guests and children are not permitted during services. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 72 hours ahead carry a 50% fee, and same-day cancellations, cancellations within 24 hours, and no-shows are charged the full scheduled service. Deposits are non-refundable and allow one reschedule. Accepted payments are cash, credit and debit cards, Afterpay, Klarna and Affirm. Gift certificates come in fixed amounts from $25 to $100 or a custom amount from $10 to $1,000, and they are final sale and cannot be exchanged for cash.
