Initial brow shaping begins with a consultation. A stencil is used to match the brow shape to the face, and then waxing, tweezing and trimming are done as needed. Cosmetic application and instruction are included when a client wants them. Repeat brow shaping is $30, and full-time students with a valid ID pay $25. Tweeze Me brow shaping is offered for clients who are sensitive to waxing, and the business says it gives a result comparable to waxing. Brow trims alone are $7 and The Man Brow is $18.
Waxing covers the forehead, lip, chin, cheeks, nostrils, sideburns, jawline, ears and the full lower face. The business uses a single-dip method and sanitizes its utensils between each client to avoid cross contamination. Brow tinting ($23), lash tinting ($28) and a combined brow and lash tint ($45) are also offered. The shop carries Grande Brow and Grande Lash serums, which are made with peptides and botanicals in a cosmetic base and which the products page says contain no chemicals or drugs.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before an appointment to avoid a charge. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged 50% of the total for the scheduled services. Clients facing an unexpected injury, illness or emergency are asked to let the salon know. A rebooking discount of $3 off the next brow shaping applies when the service total is $25 or more and the next visit is booked at checkout. To keep it, a client must cancel or reschedule with 24 hours notice. Rebooking discounts cannot be combined with other service discounts, though a coupon can be used instead, and they may exclude services with Jennifer Warren.
