Appointments are booked online through the studio's Square page, which also sells gift cards. Hours are Sunday noon to 4 PM, Monday through Thursday 10 AM to 7 PM, Friday 10 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday 11 AM to 4 PM. New clients with a booking complete a new client consent form, and lash lift clients complete a separate lash lift form. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead are charged 50% of the scheduled services, and missed appointments are charged the full amount.

Body waxing needs about two weeks of growth, at least a quarter inch long, so clients should not trim beforehand. Facial waxing is discouraged for set periods after retinol or Retin-A, Accutane, steroids, antibiotics, and hydroquinone. Clients are also asked to avoid sun exposure, tanning beds, and spray tans before a wax.

After a wax, clients should keep off the waxed area, pools, oceans, hot tubs, saunas, and exercise for the first 24 hours. Chemical peels should wait at least one week after facial waxing, and makeup should be avoided for 24 hours after a full face wax.

Brow and lash services include eyebrow tinting, eyelash tinting, a lash lift that curls lashes without a curler, and a lash lift with a color boost lasting up to four weeks. Lash lift results last about six to eight weeks, depending on the client's lash cycle of 45 to 90 days, and lashes should stay dry for 24 hours afterward.
