A visit usually starts with a Brow Design, the first appointment, where the brow shape best suited to the face is evaluated. Shaping is done with wax, tweezers and scissors, and clients are shown how to fill in their brows with powder at home. Every visit ends with a makeup touch-up before the client leaves.

Brow Clean-Up is typically booked four to six weeks after the first appointment to maintain the shape. The salon's brow and lash work is treated as a process, and natural-looking results may take several visits.

The salon's signature lamination uses keratin, silk peptides and botanicals to smooth and lift brow hairs, and the business says this process works without harsh chemicals. The Luxury Lash Treatment & Lift is a keratin treatment for lashes that uses heat to open the hair cuticle and infuse plant-based keratin, with results lasting about six to eight weeks. The Luxury Lash treatment can also be applied to brows and added to a lash lift with little extra time.
