Gel manicures are described as non-toxic and vegan, and the studio says it uses high-quality, cruelty-free products. HEMA-free gel and builder gel are both available for clients who prefer them. The studio describes its gel manicures as long-lasting and chip-resistant.

Services are tailored to each client's nails. Pedicures are taken in reclined chaise chairs with blankets, eye masks and heated neck pillows, and free parking is available. Nail repair covers chips and lifting within two weeks of a manicure, and gel, builder gel and acrylic can all be removed. Gel removal for toes for new clients from another salon must be booked separately.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are charged 50% of the reserved service, and same-day cancellations under 24 hours' notice are charged in full. No-call, no-show appointments are charged in full, and arriving more than 10 minutes late voids the appointment with a 50% fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person and for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Hours are Monday to Thursday 11 AM to 7 PM, Friday 10 AM to 6 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday closed.
