Every facial begins with a skin analysis and is built with hot towels, massage and medical-grade products selected for each client. New clients are advised to start with a consultation facial, where the esthetician evaluates skin, talks through goals and builds a customized plan. The studio also offers corrective work such as scar revision, melasma management, permanent pigment correction and stretch mark treatments; the lead aesthetician prepares clients for the advanced treatments, and advanced body protocols are available on request.

Add-ons, including LED light therapy, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion and a 24K gold infusion, are tailored to all skin types, and the acne-focused version pairs deep exfoliation with custom serums. Advanced treatments include chemical peels, a three-peel series, MicroChanneling, the Bright Eyes treatment and a Cryo Lab spot treatment.

Bridal packages come in three tiers and include a personalized plan built with the studio's experts, with skin preparation timed from 12 months out to one month before the wedding. Three monthly membership plans pair regular facials and treatments with member discounts.

Guests should take off their makeup, including tinted sunscreen, before arriving. For at least 72 hours beforehand, they should stop using retinols, AHAs, BHAs and prescription skin products such as Retin-A or tretinoin. Direct sun should be avoided for at least 48 hours before a visit. Health questionnaires and consent forms are completed ahead of any treatment. A first treatment is best not scheduled right before a major event. Cancellations made within 24 hours are charged 50% of the booked price to the card on file, and missed appointments without notice are charged 75%. After two no-shows, a client cannot rebook for at least six months.

Acne care is available with or without prescription medication management, includes one-on-one counseling, and considers diet, lifestyle and environmental factors.
