The Health & Wellness Clinic runs month-to-month programs with no contract, billed as cash pay only with no insurance billing. Medical weight loss is $199 a month with no separate evaluation fee, and medication is paid separately; GLP-1 medication may be added when medically appropriate. The TRT program for men is $199 a month, including medication, and is the only fee for the program. The women's hormone program is quoted at consultation, and its prescription is a separate self-pay cost at a regular pharmacy. Hormone pellet therapy is a separate treatment priced at consultation and is not part of the TRT monthly fee.
