A visit usually begins with a complimentary consultation, where a registered nurse meets new clients one-on-one to talk through skin concerns and goals before any treatment is suggested. Care plans and product recommendations are then tailored to each person. New patients pay a $50 deposit to hold an appointment, which can be applied to any service or product, and the appointment is not guaranteed until the deposit is received. Appointment requests are made through a web form, and the office calls to confirm.
Treatments range from neurotoxins and dermal fillers to HydraFacials, microneedling, IPL and laser hair removal. Several services are sold as packages or series, including a four-session PRX course spaced a week apart and a Radiesse and PRX package. Members can join monthly plans through the business's app, and clients can pay with CareCredit, financing through the app's Marketplace, or monthly payment plans with no late fees. The shop also carries medical grade skin care and pure mineral makeup.
