PRP hair restoration is a signature service for thinning hair and hair loss. A blood draw of roughly 30 to 60 ml is spun in a centrifuge for about 10 minutes, and the concentrated platelet-rich plasma is injected into the scalp over a session of about 30 to 45 minutes. Most patients begin with three to four treatments about four to six weeks apart, then return for maintenance once or twice a year. Early changes such as less shedding are usually seen around three months, with thickening often visible between six and twelve months. The treatment needs living follicles, so it does not work on completely smooth, bald scalp.

In April 2026 the practice expanded into Ellicott City Women's Health, adding gynecologic care and hormone wellness led by Erika Nichelson, DO. Pelvic health services include Emsella and FormaV treatments. The women's health site says it accepts all major insurance carriers and that gynecologic services, medical consultations and certain medications are covered under insurance.

Skin care is built around medical-grade treatments for all skin types, with particular attention to melanated skin. Customized facials are designed after a consultation with an aesthetic professional, and Red Carpet Facials combine cleansing, exfoliation, a non-invasive peel, a hydrating mask, red light therapy and an oxygen dome treatment.
