The studio is a private, one-on-one space inside a beauty collective suite at 400 Putnam Pike in Smithfield. The salon describes its setting as elevated, comfortable and relaxing, and each client is styled individually by Julianna Gagne.

Blowouts can be finished with volume, curls or a sleek look, and a deep-conditioning mask can be added for a conditioning blowout. A refresh service revives dry hair with curls or flat ironing, and clip-in extensions can be installed during that visit for an extra fee. Braids can be added to nearly any style, wet or dry. Up-dos are offered for weddings, proms and other special events, including a blowout followed by a custom up-do. Women's haircuts include a wash, custom cut and blowout, and bang trims are available on their own. Strip lashes come in natural, soft glam or glam styles, and can also be paired with a blowout.

Hours are Tuesday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 2 PM, with the studio closed on Sundays and Mondays. Cancellations or no-shows within 12 hours of an appointment are charged a 50% fee, and appointments that run longer than 1 hour and 15 minutes carry an additional charge. Gift cards can be bought online in fixed amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

Services are custom and one-on-one, with each look built around the individual client.
