The studio sits on Thayer Street near Brown University and combines an in-house nail team with independent beauty professionals who work from their own suites. It serves many Brown students, faculty and staff. The studio describes itself as one of Providence's top choices for beauty needs and as home to some of the city's leading beauty professionals.

Nail services are gel only, and the studio does not offer acrylic. Gel options include solid colour, minimal design, French and full design nail art. Gel-X is offered in almond, square, coffin, stiletto and other shapes. Gel-X and builder gel full sets take about 1.5 to 2 hours and typically last 3 to 6 weeks, depending on nail growth and care. Hard builder form extensions must be filed off rather than soaked. Clients with acrylic from a previous set need it removed before their appointment, since the studio does not remove acrylic.

Lash extensions are offered alongside the nail menu. Concerns about a lash service should be raised within 72 hours, and a complimentary touch-up can be booked within 5 days of the original appointment. If a client is still unhappy after the touch-up, a refund of the appointment cost minus a $25 deposit may be issued.

The independent professionals offer a wide range of hair and makeup, from soft and full glam to bridal, graduation, photoshoot and event looks, plus blowouts, Hollywood waves, soft curls, updos, bridal hair and sleek styles. Waxing, brow services, braiding and wig installs are also available in the studio. A no-show or late cancellation may be charged the full appointment cost to the card on file. A deposit can be moved to a new date if the change is made at least 24 hours before the original appointment.
