Blowout and silk press visits follow a set sequence. A roller set blowout is done without a flatiron and includes a shampoo, conditioning treatment, a smoothing system, a traditional roller set, hooded drying and a finished style. Silk presses are scheduled by how long since the last visit: a maintenance silk press is for current clients returning within two to three weeks, while a full silk press is for new clients or anyone back after four or more weeks, and a trim can be added. The New Client Healthy Hair Reset adds steam treatment, a trim and a roller-set foundation before a controlled blowout and silk press finish. Treat Your Tresses is for hair that needs extra strength, with protein and steam treatments, a trim and a silk press finish.
Takedown and hair reset services begin with detangling, a shampoo, a customized treatment and blow-dry preparation. Sew-in refreshes are a styled finish with a scalp cleanse and shampoo, and they do not include installing or tightening. Braiding prep is a shampoo, conditioning and blow dry for clients whose braider does not wash hair, and it does not include styling. Prices start at the listed amounts and can rise with hair length, density and condition. Major haircuts are priced separately from takedown and hair reset work, and extended detangling is charged in 30-minute blocks.
Full visits typically take three to four hours. A non-refundable deposit secures the booking and is applied to the remaining balance. If at least 12 hours' notice is given, the deposit can be moved once within 30 days. Arriving late may mean rebooking, and the studio charges a $25 late fee when it can still accommodate the client. Cancelling or rescheduling within 12 hours of the appointment incurs a $25 fee. Clients who miss an appointment must pay the outstanding balance before booking again. Any earlier style should be taken out in advance, and hair needs to be worked free of tangles from scalp to ends unless a takedown is booked; severe matting may result in a $40 charge. Guests and children are welcome only while a scheduled service is taking place. Making a booking means agreeing to the studio's policies, which are set out in full in the appointment confirmation.
Healthy hair comes first, and each service is planned around hair length, density and condition.
