Mz.BrownBraids & More is built around braided styles. The menu is organized by style and, for knotless braids, by the size of the braids, so clients can see roughly how many rows and how many hours each look takes before booking.

Knotless braids come in four sizes, from XSmall to Large. The smaller the braid, the more rows across the hairline from ear to ear and the longer the appointment, ranging from about 3 hours 40 minutes for Large to 7 hours for XSmall. Knotless services require hair at least 4 inches long all the way around, and they include a basic cleanse and condition. Tribal or Fulani feedin braids take about 6 hours and pair feed-in braids at the front with traditional or knotless box braids in the back. The feedin price covers the braiding hair, shampoo, steam treatment, conditioning and a blow dry.

Stitch and straight back stitch braids are priced by the number of braids, from four up to 16 to 20, with appointment times increasing alongside the count. Lemonade braids and stitch braids into a high ponytail are also offered, both including braiding hair, shampoo, steam treatment, conditioning and a blow dry. Men's services include stitch braids in groups of up to six or more than six, Pop Smoke braids, and single braids or twists, along with a basic cleanse and condition. Instant barrel twists last four to five weeks and need hair at least 5 inches long all the way around.

Silk press services are split by client history. First-time clients, and returning clients who have not been serviced in the last 8 weeks, book a silk press and hair care session, which includes a longer appointment and a hair care component. Returning clients with healthy hair and no major issues can book a shorter silk press that includes a cleanse, hydration treatment, trim and silk press finish. Very thick or long hair, or hair that needs extended detangling, may incur an additional charge.

To book, clients use the online scheduling page listed for the business. The basic cleanse and condition is a one-hour maintenance visit with shampoo, conditioner and a blow dry.
