A blowout visit includes a shampoo, the blow-dry, and a style of the client's choice. Clients who arrive with hair already washed and wet can book a no-wash blowout, and clients who arrive with dry hair can book a dry style, where the stylist applies the chosen look. Extensions and long, thick hair are priced separately, and blowouts can be bought in bundles of 4, 8 or 12. Private group sessions are offered for bachelorette, bridal and birthday parties, held in the salon privately or on location, and party bookings are arranged by contacting the salon, with party sessions at the Nashville and Chattanooga locations.

Beyond blowouts, the menu includes Cezanne and Brazilian Blowout smoothing treatments, glaze or toner, root touch-ups and deep conditioning. Chattanooga and The Gulch also offer cuts, color, highlights and balayage, each of which includes a blowout, while Belle Meade and Brentwood do not offer cut and color services. Extensions include HotHeads hand-tied and machine-tied wefts, priced by consultation, and Halo tape-in and Halo original extensions with starting prices.

Cancellation and arrival rules are set by the salon. Color appointments cancelled within 12 hours are charged full price, non-color appointments cancelled within 12 hours are charged half price, and missed appointments are charged full price. Clients who arrive 15 or more minutes late may not receive the full service, at the stylist's discretion.
