The salon's main priority is improving and maintaining hair integrity. It was designed to feel comfortable, relaxed and refreshing, and it describes its blowouts as going beyond the usual salon blowout.

Blowouts are at the center of the menu, from a 45-minute Express Blowout to a Deluxe option, with an Extension Blowout for clients who already wear extensions (installation is not included). Add-on treatments can be combined with most hair services or booked alone. Frizz-Free and Keratin Blowout are longer-lasting options, with results that last up to six and up to twelve weeks respectively.

Beyond the chair, the salon offers bridal styling, waxing for chin, lip and brows, haircuts with a blowout added for styling, and private or group blowdry lessons. Lessons include a live demo on yourself or a manikin, guided hands-on practice and personalized product advice. Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice, cash is preferred with credit cards accepted, and contact-form questions receive a reply within 24 hours.

Every service begins with a shampoo and conditioning step, and a plan is set around each client's hair goals at the first visit.
