Toner can be added between appointments for a refresh.

New clients start with a free, in-person 30-minute consultation before a first color appointment, and sign a New Client Waiver electronically ahead of their visit. Corrective color, box color removal, and bleach and toner services are not accepted at new client consultations. The salon does not offer corrective color, full scalp bleaching, copper or red tones, fashion or vivid colors, clipper cuts, short or pixie cuts, kids' cuts, Brazilian Blowouts or perms. Appointments are usually booked 8 to 10 weeks in advance, and a card must be on file to schedule any service.

Cancellations and reschedules need 48 hours' notice; changes made inside that window are charged 50% of the booked services. Clients who are more than 5 minutes late are asked to message the salon with an estimated arrival time, and clients more than 15 minutes late may have services shortened or the visit cancelled with a fee. A no-show, or a client 20 minutes late without contacting the salon, is charged the full booked amount and cannot reschedule. Additional guests, including children, are not allowed at appointments, and no refunds are offered on services.

Business hours are Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM, Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM, and closed Monday, Thursday and Sunday. Payments are accepted, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

Color work is built around blonding and lightening, with bond building included in most color services to support the hair through processing.
