Every service begins with a conversation about the client's individual needs and the result they want. New clients are asked to include a consultation when booking, and Great Lengths extensions require a consultation before they can be booked. Haircuts are shaped to the client's hair texture, density, face shape and lifestyle, and are done with wet, dry and razor cutting. A haircut includes a shampoo, a head massage and a bombshell blowout.

Color services include Base Color for refreshing existing color, covering gray, enhancing natural tone or creating a new look, as well as Base Break, a soft lightening applied at the roots to blur regrowth. Full and half head blonding are offered, along with Gloss for refreshing tone and shine and Color Correction for reworking a previous color. Keratin Smoothing is a frizz-reducing treatment that the salon says lasts up to four to six months, and Signature Blowout adds aromatherapy to a wash and head massage.

The salon carries Milbon, a salon-exclusive hair care line that it describes as a luxury brand with a clean ingredient list and an eco-conscious approach. It says it is the only salon in Winter Park carrying Milbon. Great Lengths extensions are 100% Remy, double-drawn hair, bonded with ultrasonic cold technology rather than heat, and are applied only by certified Great Lengths artists.

Hours are Tuesday through Friday from 9:00am to 7:00pm and Saturday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, with Mondays open by appointment and Sundays closed. Bookings can be made by phone at 407-840-6442. The salon also invests in ongoing advanced training for its stylists and welcomes current cosmetology students and new graduates to shadow the team.
