Color is customized to each client's lifestyle and maintenance preferences, aiming for dimensional color that grows out well. Blonde services range from partial refreshes with foils around the face and crown to full blonding with baby lights, foilyage or balayage. Expensive Brunette is a low-upkeep option that keeps natural color with a sun-kissed effect. Global gloss services balance and neutralize unwanted tones and are recommended between lightening appointments.

Each appointment is priced by the final result rather than by each individual step. Starting prices can shift with hair density and length. Free one-on-one consultations let clients plan color or an extension approach before booking, and the salon teaches clients how to maintain their color at home.

Extensions are a core part of the business. The owner developed the salon's own extension hair over several years, and it is offered as tape-ins or as hand-tied and genius weft extensions in half, one, two or three row options. Tape-ins are recommended for maintenance about every six weeks, and hand-tied or genius wefts about every eight weeks. Extension hair must be purchased at consultation or at least three weeks before installation, and purchases are final sale, though clients may keep purchased hair in place of a refund.

A card on file is required to hold an appointment. Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours ahead; within 48 hours, 50% of the scheduled cost is charged, and within 24 hours or for a no-show, 100% of the booked services is charged. Appointments are preferred, but clients can call to ask about same-day openings. The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
