Every extension set is made in the studio. The keratin bonds are made with Italian keratin and matched to each client's natural hair color, and the extension hair comes from Slavic regions, with each bundle hand-selected. Sets range from a Volume Set of 40 to 80 grams, which adds volume without added length for fine to medium hair, up to a Blending Set of 180 grams or more for very short or blunt, thick haircuts that want significant length. Each installation includes color blending, bond customization, cutting and blending, and styling. Final cost depends on hair length, the amount needed and the level of customization, and color changes to natural hair are charged separately.

Booking begins with a new guest application and an in-person consultation, and appointments are only booked after that consultation. A $100 prepaid consultation fee applies and is credited toward the total. Keratin tip clients are asked to plan maintenance visits every two to four months, and the salon states that sets can be reused for 12 or more months with proper home care.

Blonding options range from Face Frame Blonde, priced at $230, to Dimensional Blonde and Bright Blonde, starting at $450 and $650, along with maintenance visits. Color services include the Glossy Refresh at $125, Solid Color Touch Up at $200 and Classic Solid Color, starting at $300, which can include grey coverage. Blonding and color prices can shift with hair density and length.

Booking policies: a card on file is required. Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours are charged half the scheduled service, and those within 24 hours or no-shows are charged in full. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be charged in full or offered a different service. Children are not permitted, and additional guests wait in the reception area. Refunds are not offered, but clients unhappy with the outcome may contact the owner within seven days to discuss adjustments.

Each extension set is customized and handmade in the salon rather than factory-produced, and the owner works without an assistant.
