The Blend Room is a women's-focused hair salon in Oak Lawn. Services are booked by appointment, and the salon runs Tuesday through Saturday with shorter hours on Friday and Saturday.

Color is the core of the menu. Options range from root touch-ups and single process color to double process color for going significantly darker, toner and gloss for refreshing tone and shine, and grey blending for softer grow-out. Balayage, partial and full highlights, and mini highlights are offered alongside base color refreshes, and a free 15-minute consultation can be booked separately to discuss goals, pricing and a future service date. Consultations cannot be booked on the same day as a hair service.

Women's cuts come as a regular cut or a thick/high density cut, which takes extra time for cutting, thinning, texturizing and blow-drying. Blowouts are a shampoo and blow-dry with optional iron work. Two assistants help with shampoos and blow-dries during appointments. Children are not permitted in the salon, and services are for ages 13 and up. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice; later cancellations, or arriving more than 10 minutes late, carry a 50% fee of the scheduled total, and no-shows are charged for the whole appointment.
