The salon describes its mission as working with each guest toward the result they want, building confidence and helping them feel their best. Its stated core values are commitment, collaboration and confidence. It calls itself a destination for all things hair, combining traditional services such as cutting, coloring and styling with hair loss solutions, toppers, extensions and mesh integration.

A visit for hair loss or extensions starts with a consultation, which is required before any such service and can be done in person or virtually for hair loss. Extension investment ranges from $500 to $5,000 depending on the look, color and fullness, and a price cannot be quoted without a consultation. Extensions are custom colored to blend with natural hair using a mix of shades, with brighter accent pieces available. In-stock hair can be applied a few days after consultation, and custom orders take about two weeks.

Alternative hair services cover wigs, toppers, halos and clip-in extensions, including wash and dry, cutting, color, repairs and styling. Most wash, style and standard refresh services are completed within 24 hours, and booking ahead is recommended for wash and repair work. Pieces can be dropped off or shipped in, and the salon works with out-of-state guests who send theirs in. Alternative hair is darkened, toned, root smudged or dimensioned but never lightened or bleached. Many synthetic pieces can be washed, styled and refreshed, while repairs and color on synthetic pieces are limited and need a consultation.

B/BAUER Academy is the salon's training program for new stylists, offering hands-on education and mentorship. The salon accepts stylist career inquiries and says it offers a tailored training program, one-on-one coaching, continued education and a focus on work-life balance. Services can be paid for over time through Cherry, a buy now, pay later service with applications said to take about 60 seconds and no hard credit checks; some plans carry 0% APR subject to eligibility, and approvals are stated to go up to $30,000. Reservations must be confirmed at least 24 hours ahead or the spot may be lost, late guests may be held or rescheduled, and no refunds are issued for cancellations or for services already provided.

Combines traditional cutting, coloring and styling with hair loss solutions, toppers, extensions and mesh integration, and recommends mesh integration for guests whose hair is too short to cover extension attachments.
