The studio has two locations: one in Katy at 3006N Fry Rd, Suite 500, and one in Houston at 2101 Smith St, Unit 240. Its menu is built around eyelash extensions, with lash lifts and tinting, head spa services, facials and waxing alongside.

Extensions are offered in classic, volume, hybrid and mega volume styles. Classic full sets apply one extension to each natural lash, while volume work binds fine extensions into a fan on each lash. Mega volume uses a fan of 6 to 16 extensions per lash. A separate gallery lists many named looks, including 6D volume, cat eye, natural and sexy styles, each with length options. Refills are available from 1 to 3 weeks after a set, and they can replace missing extensions or remove ones that have grown out. Removal uses a gel remover applied to the extensions.

Head spa services come in five tiers: Relax, Deluxe, Signature, Gold and Platinum. Relax includes a head, shoulder and neck massage, a hair wash and conditioning, and a facial cleansing routine. Deluxe runs 60 minutes and adds a hot stone massage, detox shampoo and scalp exfoliation. Signature runs 75 minutes and combines a facial with a hair treatment. Gold runs 90 minutes and adds radio frequency and a hair mask. Platinum runs 110 minutes and adds oxygen treatments and microdermabrasion to the facial. Facials start at $20, and waxing starts at $10 with pricing that varies by area.

The studio also teaches eyelash extensions. A one-day introductory workshop is priced at $499 and a two-day package at $999. Training happens inside the studio, taught by working lash stylists on live models, and packages include a mannequin along with primers, glues, cleansers and tweezers to keep.

Clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early and without eye makeup, or with it removed using an oil-free remover. Oil-based products should be avoided for 24 hours before an appointment. A credit card is required to hold a booking. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, otherwise a fee of 50% of the service cost applies, and a $30 no-show fee is listed. Extensions from other studios can be removed and replaced, but filling them is not guaranteed until the stylist has seen the client.

The studio describes its lashes as natural looking and lightweight, and offers everything from classic single-lash application to volume and mega volume fans.
