The studio sits inside The Beauty District at Norterra, near I-17 and Happy Valley Road. The salon describes its feel as a quieter kind of luxury, with no crowds and no rush.

Visits are by appointment only, Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 5:00, and the studio is closed on weekends. The menu covers lived-in blonde, highlights, balayage, toner and gloss, all-over color, cuts for women, men and kids, bang trims, and custom color-matched extensions. Cuts usually take about an hour and highlights about three hours. Prices marked with a plus sign are starting points, finalized at consultation or when the appointment begins.

Extensions follow a separate path. A consultation comes before any booking, and a deposit is needed to order the custom-matched hair; that deposit is non-refundable because the hair is made to order. Clients also sign a liability and aftercare waiver before the first install. Extension pricing is quoted only after the consultation, not listed on a menu.

New guests start with an inquiry so the right service and timing can be planned, and bookings are made online through Square Appointments, which has separate flows for new and returning guests. A valid card is required to reserve and is held on file through Square. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice, later cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the reserved service, and no-shows may be charged up to the full service and asked to prepay future visits. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be shortened or rebooked at the full price. Concerns about a service need to be raised within 7 days, and completed services are not refunded. The studio may decline or stop a service that is unsafe, or if a client is disrespectful to the stylist or studio.
