The studio is bright and has four chairs. The salon describes its pace as lively and friendly, and says it wants clients to be treated as people it knows well rather than as customers.

Services are grouped into haircuts, blowouts and styling, color and highlights, keratin smoothing, and extensions. Consultations are complimentary and cover haircut, extension, event styling and color. Haircut and blowout packages step up from a traditional option to a signature package that adds a detox shampoo and a luxury treatment. Online booking runs through a scheduling system shared with Beauty Secrets Collective.

The education side of the salon was developed by a former educator with 20 years in the industry. Classes are kept intentionally small, and the salon says most of its classes are educator approved for students from first-year through senior level. The two-day Custom Hidden Extension Certification is priced at $999 and includes an extension kit for each student, with professional kits included for select tuition. Lunch is provided during multi-day trainings, flexible payment options are offered, and graduates keep access to salon educators for mentorship and call or text support.
