The menu is wide. Facials run from a 45-minute teen treatment to a 75-minute Goddess Glow session that includes a foot soak, gua sha and a reiki treatment on the body. Other options include microneedling, several massage styles, lymphatic treatments, dermaplaning, brow and lash services, waxing and spa packages that combine a facial with massage or body work. The Bridal Glow Package includes a free skin consultation, six oxygen facials spaced six weeks apart, a Bridal Facial and a pre-wedding skin products plan. Its price is set on request because the services are customized.

According to the spa, it has been featured in Boston Magazine for waxing in its Best of Boston category, and in InStyle and Allure for facials and waxing.

Clients complete a consent form before massage, facial, lymphatic, microneedling or dermaplaning treatments, and facial clients fill out an intake form. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours' notice; late cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to the full service price, and late arrivals are charged the full price. Waxing clients should let hair grow to at least half an inch or three to four weeks since the last shave or wax, avoid trimming beforehand, shower first, and skip tanning. Clients taking Accutane cannot be waxed. Prices may change.

Hours are Monday to Friday 10 am to 7 pm, Saturday 9 am to 4 pm, and Sunday 10 am to 4 pm, with Sunday hours limited seasonally.

Each visit is shaped around the guest's own skin care and self care needs and goals.
