It now operates from a suite on the third floor of a Highland Avenue building in Needham, open Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm, Saturday 10am to 6pm, and closed Sundays.

Visits begin with a conversation. The team says each treatment starts with learning a client's goals, style and preferences. Skin care consultations take 15 minutes with a licensed esthetician before a treatment is chosen, and a consultation is required before K-Tip extensions are installed. Hair extension prices cover installation only, so the hair is bought separately.

Two facial-massage options stand out. The Buccal Facial is a 60-minute facial that includes an intraoral massage technique. The Buccal Face Massage runs an hour and works the face from inside and outside, adds lymphatic drainage elements, extends to the decollete, shoulders and neck, and finishes with a custom mask or LED. The salon links it to jaw tension, TMJ concerns, double chin and puffiness, and suggests regular sessions for ongoing effect.

Body care includes LPG Endermologie sessions, which are always done in Endermowear, a reusable bodysuit sold at the studio and never worn on bare skin. STYX Body Wrap is described by the salon as a detox treatment aimed at water retention, circulation and body contouring. Lash fills are offered only for extensions originally applied by the salon's own lash artists, and the salon asks that extensions be removed by a professional rather than at home.

The team begins each treatment by learning what the client wants from it, including goals, style and preferences. Skin care is planned around the individual, and staff pair specialist training with a personal approach to each service.
