Lash work is the core of the menu. Classic sets use one extension per natural lash, hybrid sets blend classic and volume extensions in a roughly 70-30 mix, and volume sets place two to seven lightweight extensions on each natural lash. Mega sets, with eight to fifteen ultra-fine extensions per lash, are offered by master artists only. Extensions typically last three to six weeks, and refills are priced by style and time since the last set. Lash lifts, lash tints and a Korean lash lift are also available.

Brow services include shaping, tinting, lamination (often paired with a tint) and waxing. Nano Brows is a semi-permanent service that draws fine hair-like strokes, takes about two hours and costs $400; it is booked after a free consultation. The permanent makeup menu includes nanoblading, powder shading and lip blush, with a procedure of two to three hours, a touch-up six to eight weeks later, and a limited number of clients accepted each month. The business says it uses numbing agents, premium European pigments and single-use tools for these procedures.

Skin care includes facials such as the Glow Facial, Vitamin C Facial, HydraFacial Signature, Acne Deluxe and Rosacea facials, along with dermaplaning with a peel and collagen and vitamin C treatments. The Glow Signature treatment uses micro-needles to infuse nutrients. Hair services include a 90-minute Ayurvedic-inspired hair and scalp ritual, precision cuts, blowouts, color, highlights, balayage and luxury hair extensions, which are priced after a custom consultation. Waxing covers the face, body and bikini areas, and professional makeup is available for weddings, parties, proms and pre-wedding photo shoots.

To book, new lash clients are asked to call to schedule their first appointment, and a valid credit card is needed at booking to secure appointments. New lash sets require a deposit that is refunded under the cancellation policy, new skin care clients pay a 25% deposit, and PMU appointments require a deposit to hold a slot. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice carry a flat $50 fee, and late cancellations or no-shows are charged the full service price. Full lash sets include a complimentary one-week follow-up and an aftercare kit, and a free consultation is offered for lash services and semi-permanent brows. Digital and printable consent forms are provided.

GlowGo Academy offers hands-on in-person and online courses for beauty professionals in lash techniques, lash lifts, brow lamination, brow waxing and mapping, and dermaplaning. Courses open monthly, come with a full kit of professional tools and lifetime access to course materials, and the academy also offers a digital tutorial, an ebook, a beauty manual and career resources. The business sells lash and brow products, including the Revital Lash and Brows Serum, and tweezers, and offers eGift cards and a VIP membership program.

Each client receives services shaped around their own needs. A free consultation comes before any lash work or semi-permanent brow treatment.
