The color menu is built in tiers. Services range from gloss and all-over color to touch-ups for gray coverage, face-framing mini lightening, partial and full balayage or highlights, and the Signature Look, a low-maintenance, lived-in color with root melt. Each lightening and color service can be paired with a blowout or a haircut. The salon uses Original Mineral color, which it says is free of ammonia, PPD and resorcinol and is made with what it calls Clean Colour Technology.

Extensions are a major part of the work. Keratin smoothing is also available. The full treatment is listed at 180 minutes, and the salon says results can last up to 3 months with proper hair care. A shorter express smoothing treatment is also offered.

Clients book through the salon's Glossgenius page or by text at (312) 800-8382. Questions can be sent through the contact form on the salon's website. Hours are Tuesday and Thursday 11 AM to 7 PM, Friday 9 AM to 5 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 4 PM. The salon is closed Monday, Wednesday and Sunday. Changes or cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice by text. Changes within 48 hours carry a charge of 50% of the service, and no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours carry a charge of 100%. Future bookings are held until any outstanding balances are paid. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
