Visits begin with a consultation, and each service is tailored to the client's hair, goals and how much maintenance they want to do at home. A consultation is $5 for 15 minutes and does not include a hair service. New extension clients book a consultation first, and a consultation may be required before a Platinum card or color correction appointment.

Full custom blonding starts at $355 and takes about three hours, partial custom blonding starts at $280, and the blonding transformation starts at $495 and takes about 4.5 hours. The larger blonding services include toner or gloss, a root melt when needed, a K18 treatment and a blow-dry and style. A mini face-frame blonding limited to the face and hairline is $190. Color services include all-over color from $205, root touch-up with permanent color for new growth at $180, a bleach and tone retouch for clients with four to six weeks of regrowth at $250, and custom toner or gloss from $80. Haircuts are $90 and include a consultation, and blowouts with styling are $75. Keratin-style smoothing treatments are $200 for fine or short hair and $225 for thick or long hair. Sew-in extensions are $185 for one row, $370 for two rows and $555 for three rows, and face-frame individual extensions are $200.

Hours are Tuesday through Friday from 10 AM to 9 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 8 PM, with the salon closed on Sunday and Monday. Appointment changes need at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations or reschedules made with less notice may be charged up to the full service total, and no-shows may be charged the full scheduled service. Fees are not applied as credit toward a future visit. Clients who arrive more than 20 minutes late may have their appointment shortened, adjusted or rescheduled, and it may be treated as a late cancellation. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
