Business hours are 9 AM to 2 PM, Monday through Saturday, and the studio is closed on Sundays.

Full sets range from a classic natural set, which adds one extension to each natural lash for clients with fuller lashes, to hybrid sets that mix classic lashes with Russian volume fans. Wet-look sets resemble classic extensions but are bolder, and full volume sets use handmade fans placed on natural lashes for a fuller result that suits a darker lash line. Mondays and Wednesdays each carry a set that can only be booked on that day. Clients who want a quiet visit can request a silent appointment, where the lash artist does not talk during service except during the consultation or when answering questions. Appointments usually run two to three hours, and clients keep their eyes closed throughout.

Fills are priced by how long it has been since the last set. Regular fills are for up to 14 days and need at least half the extensions still in place, extended fills cover up to 21 days and need at least 40 percent still in place, and anything past four weeks is handled as a new full set. Clients arriving from another lash artist can book a new client fill if at least half the lashes are still attached and not grown out; otherwise a removal and full set is needed. Removal takes all extensions off and deep cleans the natural lashes, typically about 30 minutes.

House call appointments are available for full sets and fills, with a clean, well-lit space needed and a $100 deposit. An after-hours add-on can be requested through the waitlist. Before a visit, clients should wash their lashes and face, avoid mascara, oils or creams around the eyes, and skip coffee or caffeine. If a client has an allergic reaction to the extensions, they are removed at no cost.

Each set is customized to the client's lash health, shape and requested look, and the studio follows State Board health and safety regulations for sanitation.
