The range covers precision cuts, silk presses, color, natural hair styling, wig customization, extensions and scalp therapy. Custom wigs are made to order and take about two to three weeks. Clients are paid in full before production, see photos of the finished unit, and can request changes at that stage. The salon asks clients to take measurements three times with a flexible tape on flattened hair, since it is not responsible for a poor fit caused by incorrect measurements.

Prices can shift with hair length and density, and hair longer than shoulders and bra straps adds $10 to $25 to a service. Deep conditioners, trims and treatments are add-ons that should be included when booking, and braids, twist styles and sew-in removals carry an additional charge. All color services require a consultation before booking, and a styling service should be added when booking color. Services are for clients 12 and older. Guests can enjoy a beverage menu with coffee, tea, soft drinks, wine and a signature Glo Tini, served with a sweet or salty snack. Late arrivals more than 15 minutes past their appointment are cancelled with a $30 fee. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and a $30 charge applies to no-shows and last-minute cancellations. After two consecutive no-shows, a $75 non-refundable deposit is required to book the next appointment.
