The Beauty Lounge opened in 2005 in West Bloomfield with a team of four. The team has since grown to more than 40 people. It was founded by Lisa Yaldoo, Olivia Shouenyia and Beni Tetaj, and was built on the idea of creating confidence and making a difference for clients.

The Beauty Lounge opened in 2005 in West Bloomfield with a team of four. The team has since grown to more than 40 people. It was founded by Lisa Yaldoo, Olivia Shouenyia and Beni Tetaj, and was built on the idea of creating confidence and making a difference for clients.
The salon covers a wide range of services under one roof. Hair work includes cuts, color such as single process, highlights and balayage, keratin and Liscio smoothing treatments, and styling. Makeup, brow shaping and microblading, nail services, facials and waxing are also offered. Electrolysis and light therapy are available after a consultation.
Bridal clients can book hair and makeup for the entire wedding party. The salon says each stylist and spa professional has completed intensive training, and it describes itself as a member of Intercoiffure. It carries Oribe, Kerastase and R+Co hair products.
Booking is available online through the salon's Phorest page, which also lists the cancellation policy and terms and conditions. Gift cards are sold on the same page. The salon is open Monday from 10 AM to 1 PM, Tuesday and Wednesday from 9 AM to 6 PM, Thursday and Friday from 9 AM to 8 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and it is closed on Sundays.
The salon says it was founded around building client confidence and making a difference, and it describes its products as high-performance and ingredient-conscious.
