Artiste Salon was co-founded by Raimonda Pepaj and Ella Gjekaj and opened in late November 2018. The salon's stated mission is to help every client feel and look their best, and it says it treats clients like family rather than customers.

The salon sits at the southwest corner of Telegraph Road and Maple Road, beside the drive-thru Starbucks parking lot. Visitors can enter from Telegraph Road or through the Beau's Grillery entrance off Maple Road. It is open Tuesday from 9AM to 6PM, Wednesday and Thursday from 9AM to 7PM, Friday from 9AM to 6PM and Saturday from 8AM to 4PM, and it is closed on Mondays. Sunday appointments are available by special request only.

Booking requires a credit card and at least 48 hours' notice by phone to cancel or change an appointment. Cancellations with less notice may be charged 50% of the booked value, and no-shows or same-day cancellations are charged the full amount. Style and makeup deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable and can only be used on the day they are booked. Policy questions can be sent to artistesalon.info@gmail.com.

Services cover hair color and haircuts, extensions, bridal and formal styling, keratin and straightening treatments, makeup, eyebrow shaping, micro-blading and a full spa menu. Tape-In and bead extensions, along with extension consultations, are priced on request.

The team aims to be truthful and realistic, suggesting the options best suited to each client's hair, makeup and spa goals. It also keeps up with new trends and techniques through ongoing education.
