The Beauty Concierge is based in Suite 7 at 2705 Little Elm Parkway in Little Elm, Texas. The studio covers facials, brow work, lash lifts and tints, waxing and makeup, and it also brings appointments to clients in Frisco and North DFW. Britt, the owner and a licensed esthetician, built the business.

Facials are customized around each client's skin, goals and current needs rather than a standard routine. The menu runs from the Express Facial, a quick refresh for maintenance, through the Custom Facial with targeted care, the Advanced Custom Facial with advanced modalities and a corrective focus, and the Ultimate Facial, a full-service option. The Milia Removal Facial is a 60-minute specialty visit that includes skin prep and removal of eligible milia, at $195. Eligibility is decided at the appointment, since not every bump is milia. Facials start at $95.

Skin consultations are available in person for $65 or by one-on-one video for $50. Each is a 30-minute session covering skin concerns, products and treatment history, and clients leave with personalized home-care recommendations and a suggested treatment plan. The consultation fee can be applied to a qualifying facial or corrective treatment booked within 30 days.

Brow services start at $25 and include mapping, shaping, waxing, tinting and lamination, all designed around each client's natural brows. Lash lifts and lash tints start at $30, enhance natural lashes and do not use extensions. Makeup starts at $95 for soft, full and special occasion looks, and waxing starts at $15 for facial, underarm and bikini areas.

Mobile appointments have a $75 minimum. Services for several guests at the same mobile location can be combined to reach that minimum, and travel fees may apply depending on location.

Recommendations are built around each client's goals, budget and daily life, with a focus on listening to what the client wants rather than selling every available treatment.
