New clients are accepted on weekdays only, while Saturdays are kept for established clients, meaning those who have been coming for over a year with no no-shows. Cancellations or reschedules made at least 24 hours ahead avoid a fee; late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full price of the service, and no-shows can lose front desk pre-booking. A waitlist fills fully booked dates when a spot opens. Hours are Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30 AM to 4 PM, Wednesday from 1 to 6 PM, Friday from 9:30 AM to 3 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM, with the studio closed on Sundays and Mondays.

The core of the menu is waxing: bikini line, full bikini, and Brazilian options, with underarm, leg, arm, back, buttock, stomach and full body waxing. Brazilian waxing is offered only to people with vulva anatomy and is for existing clients, while new clients are quoted separate pricing. The site suggests preparing with hair about the length of a grain of rice and no shaving for three to four weeks beforehand, and avoiding caffeine for at least five hours before a wax.

Brow shaping is for female clients, and it is built on a signature brow mapping method adapted to each client's features. Brow fills use a product such as highlight, brow pencil or powder, and the studio notes that none of it is permanent.
