Silk press services range from a basic press to a steam-conditioned version and a press that includes a scalp detox and steam hydration. Color services include single-process color, which can be paired with a blowout or a silk press finish, and customizable color, which may involve balayage, dimensional color, highlights, glossing or corrective work after a consultation. Relaxer services include a touchup for new growth only, a virgin relaxer for natural, untreated hair, and a smoothing treatment for new clients.

Weave services cover removing protective styles, removing weaves, maintaining weaves installed at the salon, adding hair to a style, quick weaves, traditional sew-ins and invisible ponytails. Miracle Knots is a braid style done with crochet hair, and it is the longest appointment on the menu at 270 or more minutes.

Bridal services include hair styling, makeup with a trial session, a wedding-day application and a touch-up kit, and an updo for the bride. Bridal updo packages may include a consultation, veil and accessory placement, and professional finishing products. Hair and makeup can be scheduled on location depending on the package.

Deposits are required for several services, usually between $15 and $25 for new clients, and are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to something on the stylist's side. Cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead carry no fee. Late cancellations within 24 hours are charged 30% of the scheduled service, and that charge can be applied to a rescheduled visit. No-shows are charged 50% and placed on a Do Not Book list. In-person pay-later financing is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
