The menu centers on color. Hand painted balayage gives a natural, sun-kissed effect and includes a toner and blowdry. Blonding comes in three levels: mini for brightness around the face and part line, partial for keeping up an earlier blonding service, and full for all-over lightness. Lived In color creates dimension with a soft grow-out, and Lived-In Maintenance keeps that look between visits. Glosses refresh tone and add shine but do not lighten blonde hair. Color correction is charged by the hour and depends on the hair's history, with a test strand and consultation required first.

New guests need a consultation before any blonding service. These visits last about 20 minutes and cover hair history and what the client wants from their hair. Extension clients book a separate consultation of about 25 minutes to talk through goals and which extension type and method suit their hair, and should arrive with clean, dry hair. Installs are priced after that consultation. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and are final sale. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 once the client is approved. A 50% fee applies to cancellations within 48 hours, and a 100% fee applies to same-day no-shows.
