Simple facials and simple back facials follow a set sequence of cleansing, toning, exfoliating, masking, massage and finishing with SPF or moisturizer. Specialized facials and specialized back facials are customized to a client's skin type or condition, and booking a Specialized Facial includes a free consultation. A consultation can also be booked on its own to discuss skin types or conditions.
Men's services include a Mankini, which covers the inner thighs, a Manzilian, a Brazilian-style wax covering the bikini line and butt strip, and a Beard Treatment that uses a cleanser, conditioner, exfoliant, extractions, mask and moisturizer. Waxing is offered across the face, body, arms, legs and intimate areas, from single small areas to full sections. Returning Brazilian and Manzilian clients booked four to six weeks after their last wax have a dedicated rate that is not eligible for discounts, while clients rebooked after six weeks are booked as a full Brazilian.
Packages bundle three or six Brazilians or Manzilians, and combinations with a Vajacial, each with an expiration window counted from the first appointment. Discounts are applied after the service is completed, and eGift cards can be purchased on the website.
Clients are responsible for canceling or rescheduling within 24 hours of an appointment; missing that window carries a $50 business inconvenience fee. A no-show, or arriving 10 to 15 minutes late without notice, results in automatic cancellation and the same fee. Clients running five to fifteen minutes late are asked to send a courtesy message. Excessive rescheduling can lead to being barred from future bookings, while appointments cancelled by the business are refunded in full within one to three business days.
Specialized facials are built around each client's skin type or condition, and a consultation can be booked first to talk through skin concerns.
