The facial menu runs from a 30-minute virtual skin consultation, which is booked online, through a 45-minute relaxing facial, a teen facial, a men's facial, and a back facial. Longer one-hour and one-hour-fifteen-minute options include an acne facial and the Glow Up Facial.

Waxing covers small areas such as the lip, eyebrows, chin, and side burns, along with underarms, bikini, butt, arms, shoulder to wrist, and lower legs. Brazilian waxes can be booked alone, with underarm, or with a vajacial, and an underarm brightening package bundles three sessions with one free.

Two monthly memberships are available. The Unwind Luxe Facial Package is $75 per month and the Unwind Facial Pretty Kitty Membership is $99 per month, each valid for three months and each including early access to scheduling and 10% off products and services. Services are by appointment only and can be booked online. Listed hours are Wednesday through Friday from 5:30pm to 8:30pm and Saturday from 10am to 2pm.
