Bridal appointments are requested by email or by phone rather than through the online booking links, and children are asked to stay home during appointments because of limited space and insurance restrictions. Appointments must be cancelled by phone by 4:30 PM the day before, or by 3 PM on Saturday for Tuesday appointments. Missed appointments or late cancellations without notice are charged $50 or 50% of the service fee to the card on file, and a card must be kept on file at all times. Service change requests are accepted within 3 days, and no refunds are given on services, though issues may be corrected within 7 days. An extra service a guest did not originally receive, requested to reach the desired look, is charged at full price.

The salon also rents space to beauty professionals. There are two private suites and two stylist chairs, and hourly chair rentals are available for bridal stylists and part-time professionals. Shared spaces include a shampoo and treatment area, a color bar and mixing station, and on-site laundry, along with custom cabinetry. Rentals include utilities, on-site maintenance and 24/7 access, with one- or two-year leases paid weekly. The business says its career culture puts education, excellence and work-life balance first, and it is currently hiring colorists, stylists, estheticians, lash techs and guest service staff.
